Returns & Exceptions
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable items such as apparel, accessories, and brewing gear. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Coffee and other perishable goods are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes any opened, used, or unsealed coffee items.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you'd like a different size or item, return your original item in acceptable condition and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise (such as mugs, apparel, or brewing gear) to cover inspection and handling. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days—no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@cerebrew.io.
